Account Executive

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB PURPOSE

To maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, support financial reporting, monitor company finances, and ensure proper financial controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Record and process financial transactions. Maintain accurate accounts and financial records. Prepare invoices, receipts and payment documentation. Reconcile bank and financial records. Monitor income, expenses, payables and receivables. Support payroll, budgeting, reporting and audits. Identify and report financial discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and comply with financial procedures. Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

OND/HND/Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field. Open to candidates at entry, intermediate and experienced levels, depending on the organization's requirements. Accounting experience is an advantage. Knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; accounting software knowledge is an advantage. Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills. High integrity, accuracy and confidentiality.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
