About the role

An Account Executive role focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for client communications and concerns, and driving account growth and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Be the main point of contact for client communications and concerns
• Develop and communicate strategic proposals to clients
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and project performance
• Analyse client performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Manage account budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
• Ensure achievement of revenue targets and client retention KPIs

About you

• 1-2 years of experience in account management or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Competency in Google products (Sheet, Doc, Slides, Forms, etc)
• Intermediate English skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Ability to analyse data and provide strategic insights
• Positive attitude, proactive, and solution-focused
