Account Executive

About the role

We are a growing wellness centre in Ipoh offering cryotherapy, infrared, and physiotherapy services, with plans to expand into a broader wellness and fitness space. We're looking for a proactive Account Executive to manage our customer accounts and day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every patient and customer who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for patient/customer accounts, packages, and subscriptions
• Manage bookings, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a smooth day-to-day service experience
• Track and manage customer package renewals, PERKESO cases, and payment records
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and coordinate between physio, admin, and other staff
• Support the rollout of our digital booking system once implemented
• Ensure SOPs are followed for consistent service delivery and customer handling
• Maintain accurate records (booking excel, customer database, attendance)
• Prepare basic monthly reports on bookings, cancellations, and service utilization

About you

• Prior experience in customer service, account management, or front-of-house operations (wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry a plus)
• Good knowledge of Xero or Zoho software or equivalent
• Comfortable using booking/scheduling software and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Strong communication skills in Malay and English and a customer-first attitude
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a front-of-house environment
