Account Executive

Experience in Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, and Journal entries.

Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Handling of invoices, bills, vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

Experience in GST input/output entries and reconciliation.

Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Preparation and verification of customer and vendor ledgers.

Knowledge of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.

Handling of cash and bank transactions.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering and basic reporting.

Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or accounting software.

Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting documents.

Coordination with vendors, customers, auditors and internal departments.

Ability to identify accounting discrepancies and assist in resolving them.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
