Account Executive

About this role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage receivables, GST and tax compliance, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and day-to-day accounting activities.

• Follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and file GST returns and reconcile GST.
• Handle TDS and assist with income tax compliance and audits.
• Reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Manage warranty claims and service revenue accounting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and profitability reports.
• Present financial reports to management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in accounting and A/R analysis.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting, reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
