We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Account Executive – Employee Benefit to expand our client portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients in the employee benefits insurance broking industry.

Position : Account Executive (Employee Benefit) 
Placement : Central Jakarta

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

1. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients 
2. Execute and track client outreach activities 
3. Develop creative strategies to acquire new clients 
4. Coordinate and communicate sales strategies with internal teams 
5. Handle and understand Employee Benefit programs
   📌 Requirements :
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
7. Minimum 3 years of experience in health insurance industry.
8. Previous experience in Sales/Marketing.
9. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
10. Customer-oriented with excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
11. Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and online meeting platforms.
