Account Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The Accounts Executive/Assistant will be responsible for the following:

• Perform accounting duties and assist in monthly account closing.
• Familiarity with payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and GST legislation.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.

Qualifications:

• GCE 'O' Levels / LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with a Diploma in Accounts/Finance, or 5+ years of experience with an ITE certificate or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax, and GST legislation.
• Experience using SAP system is an advantage.
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
