About the role
Senior Account Executive responsible for handling the preparation of a full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports for the company
- Handle data entry and day to day accounting functions in relations to account receivable, accounts payable and the general ledger
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Handle the preparation of annual audit and company tax compliance process for the company
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker, lawyer, etc.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties or administrative tasks assigned by management from time to time
About you
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Accounts Executive
- Able to manage a Full Set Account
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures and regulations
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Computer literate, advance Microsoft Excel literacy
- Experience in SQL system is an added advantage
