ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, business development, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in logistics, cold storage, warehousing, or related industries is an advantage

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Handle client inquiries, requests, concerns, and service requirements
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Transport, Billing, and other departments to address client needs
• Monitor account requirements, service commitments, and client concerns
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, reports, and other account-related documents
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate new business
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of concerns
• Assist in contract renewals, account negotiations, and other commercial activities
• Monitor client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and updated records of client accounts and transactions
