Account Executive

1. Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports

2)Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation

3)Provide and interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management

4)Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy

5)Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system

6)Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.

7)Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by others department

Familiar with SQL Software will be an added advantage

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree Finance/Accounting or in any other related field.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting.
3. Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin advantaged)
4. Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
