Account Executive

JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for achieving revenue targets of the Club and developing strategies these are met . Aggressively target new business and exceed established goals, Develops new clients and builds and maintains existing relationships for boasting the Club's Sales. Assist the Senior Sales Manager in achieving the sales department's goals through accurate reports and handling social events.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handles social events and room bookings
2. Ensures the generation of leads.
3. Secures appointment, prepares proposals, and conducts ocular inspections.
4. Prepares yearly sales forecast and monitors individuals revenue targets vs. actual.
5. Handles member, guest and clients complaints.
6. Conduct food tasting and other pre-confirmation needs of client.
7. Attend bridal fairs as dictated by the Sales Director
8. Attends training programs and counseling sessions with superiors.
9. Ensures all opportunities are taken to increase sales.
10. Ensures personnel presentation is of the highest standard at all times.
11. Ensures that all communications with clients and members are handled within the required time frame and to the Club's standards.
12. Has full product knowledge of the facilities and promotions offered by the Club.
