About the role
Responsible to perform the full set of accounts, review and maintain customers master records regularly, and handle all sales orders, stock adjustment, sales invoice and statement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform the full set of accounts
- Review and maintain customers master records regularly
- Handle all the sales orders, stock adjustment, sales invoice and statement
- Overall Cash Flow management and ensure daily updates on cash flow report
- Prepare Account reconciliations, journal entries and Bank reconciliations
- Handle all the payment and recon with SOA
- Handle intercompany billing, cross charges, and management charges
- Handle intercompany monthly intercompany balances and billing
- Prepare and maintenance of audit schedule
- Liaise with external parties such as banks, customers, vendors, government agencies and auditors
About you
- Possess at least a Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma or its equivalent
- Knowledge of Navision preferred
- Well versed in Microsoft Office application
- Able to work independently under supervision
- At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Able to speak and read English and Mandarin
