Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join the accounting team at Aster Bloom Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Puchong Meranti Lake 6, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing client accounts and providing comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting services. This position is essential to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting support whilst contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for assigned client accounts

• Perform bookkeeping tasks including data entry, reconciliation, and transaction recording

• Prepare financial statements and reports for clients in accordance with accounting standards

• Assist clients with VAT compliance, tax preparation and related documentation

• Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide accounting guidance and support

• Collaborate with senior accountants and team members on complex accounting matters

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information

• Contribute to the continuous development of accounting processes and procedures
