What they need
Account Executive – Job Scope
-Handle full set of accounts for assigned client
-Prepare monthly / yearly financial statements
-Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
-Maintain proper accounting records and schedules
-Liaise with clients to obtain accounting documents
-Assist in audit preparation and statutory reporting
-Handle SST submissions (if applicable)
-Use accounting software (e.g. SQL / Autocount)
-Support and guide junior staff when required
-Ensure work is completed accurately and on time
