Chemtech Process Technologies is engaged in the field of Water and Wastewater Treatment Project Equipment Manufacturing with two manufacturing units located in Kagal Five Star MIDC, Kolhapur. We are looking for Account Executive

Position: Account Executive

Department: Finance

Job Location: Kagal Five Star MIDC, Kolhapur

Reporting: Account Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
• Do GST-related activities, including data preparation and reconciliation.
• preparing GST returns and supporting documents.
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledger accounts.
• Organize and maintain accounting files, vouchers, and financial documents.
• Support senior accountants during monthly and annual closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment-related queries
• Salary Processing and related bank transaction
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounting.
• Basic knowledge of GST (CGST, SGST, and IGST) is required.
• Experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel is preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication.
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
