Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial compliance, along with hands-on experience in Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime
• Handle GST, TDS, TCS and Income Tax compliance
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial reports and MIS
• Coordinate with CA for audits and statutory filings
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, and bookkeeping
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred: Experience with payroll and statutory compliances is an added advantage.
