What they need

An established Group of companies located at Mah Sing Industrial Park, Seksyen U5,Shah Alam, looking the following suitable candidate: -

Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day processing including verifying, classifying, data entry, posting transactions and filing.
To handle daily operation of accounting duty.
Ensure transactions are posted in accounting system on a timely and accurate manner.
Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.
Ensure proper filing of all documents related to company's financial.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Professional Degree or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (good to have).
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, able to work under minimum supervision and independently under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient with computers, MYOB, Sage and Microsoft Office.
