Account Executive

We are looking for a Junior-level candidate with strong learning ability, a positive attitude, and good communication skills.

Previous Treasury experience is not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Candidates with a background in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Business Administration will have an added advantage.

Job Scopes:

• Account Payable transactions processing and data entry inclusing follow up outstanding documents.
• Monthly supplier account reconciliation.
• Prepare incharge supplier payment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are preferred
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written, as the role requires daily communication with Chinese-speaking management and team members
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or banking operations is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
• Responsible, honest, disciplined, and able to handle confidential financial information
• Willing to learn and develop skills in Treasury and Fund Management
• Able to follow company procedures and financial controls
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently after training and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Working Hours

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Working Hours: 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
