Job description:

Our Account Executive will be responsible for obtaining all sales objectives to assist in the success of the company's sales department. Coachman Luxury Transport is a recognized leader within the coach bus and chartered vehicle industries in New York. We provide transportation for regular groups such as sports teams, schools and camps as well as one time events such as weddings and wine tours.

This role is meant for someone who is self-motivated and hungry as there are endless markets to obtain business from and compensation is based on production.

Our Account Executives must:

• Meet or exceed all sales objectives

• Handle and resolve client transactions

• Report directly to the CEO

Skills

• Ability to think critically and independently

• Ability to set targets and achieve them effectively

• Strong interest in achieving sales goals

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns

• Ability to guide and mentor teammates

• Ability to plan, organize and problem solve independently

• Advanced time management skills

Qualifications

• Previous sales management experience including the use of a CRM

• Associates degree
