Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain the company's full set of accounts independently.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, customer collections, and supplier payments.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits, tax submissions, and statutory compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Process payroll and ensure timely statutory submissions.
• Monitor inventory-related accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all accounting records.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and special projects as required by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in retail, trading, or distribution businesses is preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Highly responsible, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
