• Manage and maintain client accounts.
• Handle client enquiries and follow up on requests.

• Prepare quotations, reports, and account updates.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and account activities.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
