What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Data Management: Maintain the general ledger and accurately record daily financial transactions.
- AP & AR Operations: Process accounts payable (supplier invoices and payments) and manage accounts receivable (billing, collections, and aging reports).
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, supplier, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Month-End Closing: Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Tax & Compliance: Prepare documentation for SST/GST filings, corporate tax schedules, and statutory audits.
- Administrative Support: Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all financial records and receipts.
- Accounting Software knowledge: MYSQL, AUTOCOUNT ACCOUNTING.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
