Account Executive

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage sales, purchase, receipts, payments, cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
• Maintain daily cash and bank reconciliation.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile customer, supplier, and ledger accounts regularly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and accounts reports.
• Coordinate with the store, purchase, and management teams for accounting-related activities.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly
• 3–4 years of experience in Retail Accounts / Jewellery Retail Accounts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail accounting and daily transaction handling.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, and inventory-related accounting

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
