What they need

Role: On roll - Finance executive
Education: CMA Inter or CA Inter
Experience: 2+ years

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

Accounts receivable processing and monitoring
Customer invoicing and billing coordination
Payment application and allocation
Customer account reconciliation
Aging analysis and follow-up on outstanding receivables
Coordination with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers
Month-end and year-end AR closing activities
AR reporting and MIS
Internal controls and process compliance

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping mandatory
Working knowledge of Tally — mandatory
Familiarity with Zoho Books or any cloud-based accounting software — preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and reconciliations
Knowledge of GST and TDS reconciliation and filing
