Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Purchase Ledger and purchase-related records.
• Handle purchase entries, invoices, bills and vendor documentation.
• Ensure proper knowledge and application of GST on purchase transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors, accounts and internal teams for purchase-related activities.
• Coordinate with the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle and manage team members effectively.
• Monitor purchase records and ensure timely and accurate updates in the system.
• Resolve purchase-related issues through proper coordination with vendors and internal departments.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of GST and Purchase Ledger.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Tally is mandatory.
• Experience in the Transport / Logistics industry is preferred.
• Good team coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in team handling / team management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
