Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support GST compliance and other accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Pass and maintain journal entries and other accounting vouchers.
• Handle purchase, sales and bank entries accurately and on time.
• Perform day-to-day general accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain proper accounting records, ledgers and supporting documents.
• Carry out bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in GST-related accounting, reconciliation and return preparation.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in Tally.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of basic accounting reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders for accounting-related documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting and General Ledger processes
• Hands-on experience in Journal, Purchase, Sales and Bank Entries
• Knowledge of GST and basic statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com or other relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Pay: ₹10,820.64 - ₹30,000.00 per month
