Account Executive

About the role

You will play an important role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and contributing to company growth as an Account Executive (Sales) at PT Pestindo Central Optima.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs deeply and provide appropriate solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting, product presentations, and contract negotiations
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels by providing professional and responsive service
• Help develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Prepare proposals, offers, and compelling sales presentation materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met on time and efficiently

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Sales, Account Executive, or Account & Relationship Management
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Understanding of market trends and ability to analyse industry conditions and competitors
• Target-oriented, diligent, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams
• Able to operate software and sales support technology (CRM, Microsoft Office, or similar applications)
