Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively identifying and closing new business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, system integrators, and end-users.
• Identify client needs and match them with relevant IT solutions (e.g., IT Security, Network & Systems) in collaboration with internal Pre-sales engineers.
• Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals to key decision-makers and prospective clients.
• Leverage marketing and channel programs to generate pipeline and accelerate sales cycles.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact, tender operations, negotiation, to project contract signing.

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, IT, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of sales/account management experience within the IT industry, including handling projects and tender operations.
• Experience with or solid knowledge of mainland Chinese IT brands/ecosystems (e.g., Huawei, Sangfor, Hikvision, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with the Hong Kong B2B market and local IT channel network.
• Self-motivated team player with excellent sales pitching, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (proficient in both Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
