ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
2. Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements
3. Perform account reconciliations (bank, AR/AP, etc.)
4. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
5. Assist in audit, tax, SST, and statutory compliance matters
6. Support budgeting and cost control activities
7. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when needed

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. At least 1 years of accounting experience
3. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English is required for effective communication with internal teams and clients
4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
5. Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, e-Invoicing, and statutory compliance
6. Any other tasks assigned by superior/management.
