Account Executive

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day Full Set accounting operations, including data entry and invoice processing
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and assist with filing documentation
• Respond to internal and external queries regarding finance and accounts
• GST submission
• Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks

About you

• A Level, or LCCI or equivalent
• 5 years' experience with Full Set account preferred
• Bi-lingual in Mainland and English
• Knowledgeable in AI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
