ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to support accounting and finance operations . The ideal candidate must be familiar with SST and Malaysia E-Invoicing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full or partial set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL
• Prepare and issue invoices in compliance with SST and E-Invoicing regulations
• Ensure accurate SST submission and proper tax documentation
• Manage daily financial transactions and hotel-related billing
• Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and supplier invoices
• Coordinate with internal departments (front office, sales, procurement) on billing matters
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
• Maintain proper filing and accounting records
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SST and Malaysia E-Invoicing
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
