ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

This role involves performing cash flow management and financial monitoring, handling a full set of accounts and daily accounting entries, and managing all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash flow management and financial monitoring
• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting entries
• Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition
• Key in and verify transactions in the accounting system for daily operations
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports and submit to Management within deadlines
• Assist in issuance and filing of invoices, payment vouchers, cash vouchers, cheques, etc.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for projects, paperwork and licensing matters
• Perform bank reconciliations and financial analysis
• Closely follow up on payments and collections with clients and suppliers
• Oversee inter-company transactions

About you

• Proficient in Autocount & SQL software
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team leader
• Good analytical & communication skills, resourceful and able to work independently
• English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin language proficiency
