Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bills payment, and GST compliance.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, tax invoices, and other financial documents accurately.
• Ensure timely submission of TDS returns (TCS) and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using Tally software.
• Provide support in auditing processes by gathering necessary documents and information.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in accountancy or related field with expertise in invoicing, Tally, GST, accounting, billing, sales invoice, purchase invoice, tax invoice preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
