Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Generate and convert leads through proactive marketing and pitching of services.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and represent VCS with professionalism and warmth.
• Serve as the liaison between VCS and clients to drive interest in services.
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored creative solutions.
• Coordinate pitch presentations and clearly communicate briefs to the team.
• Deliver confident, knowledgeable sales presentations and address objections effectively.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals aligned with client budgets.
• Resolve client concerns with thoughtful, timely, and balanced solutions.
• Maintain a well-organized CRM and actively track leads through the sales funnel.
• Identify new business opportunities by attending events and networking.
• Execute ad hoc tasks (such as project management support) as needed
• Support operational tasks such as taking meeting minutes and preparing reports.
