Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in core accounting functions and a strong grasp of financial principles. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with audits, and ensuring our day-to-day financial operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Maintain and update daily accounting records and general ledgers.
• Compliance: Prepare and process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Taxation: Support the team in filing GST/Tax returns and maintaining statutory compliance.
• Documentation: Organize and maintain financial files and records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on accounting experience.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting ERP software.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and local tax regulations.
• MS Office: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Soft Skills: High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and a sharp eye for detail.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
