Account Executive

Job Overview We are urgently seeking results-driven Account Executives (AEs) to join our growing team in Valenzuela. In this role, you will lead complex B2B sales cycles—running structured customer discovery, collaborating with technical experts to build tailored solutions, and closing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Qualification: Conduct structured discovery meetings (with full training provided on SPIN Selling) and qualify sales leads using the BANT+ framework.
• Solution Pitching & Closing: Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales support to design and present solution offerings; lead commercial negotiations to close deals.
• Technical Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Technical team to align solution scope with client requirements.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and own an honest, accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the ICT/Technology sector.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
• Communication & Presentation: Strong commercial communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
