Account Executive

About Us

Broadway Precision Technology Sdn Bhd is a dynamic and growing company. We are currently looking for a meticulous and proactive Account Executive to join our team and ensure our financial operations run smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger) to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Process and issue invoices, delivery orders, and payment vouchers.
• Monitor stock balances, perform inventory reconciliations, and generate regular reports for management review.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure statutory compliance.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the management team as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Closing full set account experience
• Strong hands-on experience with accounting software; proficiency in AutoCount is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with standard accounting principles and local tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
