Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, payment requests, and expense statements.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, expenses, vendor payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
• Maintain Petty Cash and daily cash transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with concerned parties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Accountant / Accounts Executive.
• Experience in Construction / Infrastructure industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
