About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations, and ROC/LLP-related filings, along with a strong understanding of accounting and Indian taxation.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally Prime.
• Record sales, purchases, debit/credit notes, and maintain ledgers.
• Perform bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Cross-check sales and purchase records.
• Assist in preparation of P&L and balance sheet finalization.
• Pass year-end closing entries, including depreciation, provisions, and accruals.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation calculations.

GST Compliance

• Handle GST return preparation and filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, and GSTR-10, wherever applicable.
• Perform GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation and ITC reconciliation.
• Handle E-Way Bill and E-Invoicing compliance.
• Maintain awareness of RCM and ITC eligibility provisions.
• Assist in GST audit and assessment-related requirements.

TDS / TCS

• Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as applicable.
• Handle quarterly TDS returns and related compliance.
• Prepare and issue Form 16/16A.
• Reconcile TDS with Form 26AS/AIS.
• Handle TCS compliance, wherever applicable.

Income Tax & Audit Support

• Assist in advance tax computation and ITR-related work.
• Coordinate with auditors for tax audit and Form 3CD requirements.
• Assist with income-tax schedules and other tax-related activities.

ROC / LLP Compliance

• Assist in annual ROC filings for companies, including AOC-4 and MGT-7.
• Assist with LLP compliance, including Form-8 and Form-11.
• Coordinate with consultants/CA for statutory compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax compliance.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Knowledge of bank, vendor, GST, and TDS reconciliation.
• Understanding of ROC/LLP compliance.
• Ability to manage statutory deadlines and multiple compliance activities.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with consultants and auditors.

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• CA Inter / Semi-qualified candidates preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or CA Firm preferred.
