About the role
We are a G7 subcontractor construction company looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Take complete control of the full set of accounts such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Prepare management account, profit & loss, balance sheet
- Establish and maintain the implementation of accounting control procedures
- Prepare SST submissions
- Debtors and creditors management
- Handle the filling of invoices and receipts in accordance with company policies
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary and Authorities
- Cash management
- Submit statutory related matters such as EA forms, EPF and Socso, EIS, EPCB and SST in a timely and accurate manner
