ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

This role involves handling a full set of accounts independently, managing accounting records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
• Perform monthly accounts closing and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices and relevant accounting documents
• Handle monthly SST submission and ensure timely compliance
• Prepare and submit other relevant monthly and periodic statutory submissions
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary on relevant matters
• Assist with year-end closing and preparation of financial statements

About you

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience in handling full set of accounts
• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software
• Familiar with SST submission and statutory requirements
• Independent, responsible, meticulous and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin language proficiency
