Account Executive

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Management Report, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• To handle company cash flow including monitoring daily bank balances, cash flow forecast and planning & verification of weekly and monthly payments.
• Responsible to ensure company’s accounting records & systems are complied with company’s policies, related tax & statutory requirements.
• Responsible to review journal entries and ensure inter-companies accounts are accurate and maintain up to date General Ledger.
• Process staff claims payments.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts and resolve problems as needed.
• Able to support budget and forecast process.
• Handling AP, AR, GL accounting and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
• Checking monthly production report to ECTS.
• Any other tasks assigned by Finance Manager & superiors.

Job Success Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma/ Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Accounts/ Finance is required for this position.
• Experience in SAP Accounting Software would be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Offices, e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
• Team player who is independent, analytical, result-driven, integrity and ambitious.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledgeable in Malaysian tax law and procedures including SST and/or GSTwould be an added advantage.
