Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL) using accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting).
• Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and cash flow updates.
• Manage billing, collections, and payment processing accurately and on time.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control analysis.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
