Account Executive

Job Summary

To support the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the company by ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies and accounting requirements.

Job Responsibilities

· Perform daily financial data entry and maintain accurate accounting records and filing.

· Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including aging, reconciliation, invoice processing and follow-up on outstanding balances.

· Handle full-set accounting functions and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

· Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances, ensuring sufficient funds are available before payments are processed.

· Monitor income, expenses and financial transactions to support effective cost control.

· Perform cost control and sales matching to ensure expenses and revenue are properly recorded.

· Prepare and analyses financial reports to support management decision-making and profitability.

· Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, rules and regulations.

· Able to handle and coordinate accounting activities across multiple branches.

· Assist the Finance Manager with finance-related projects and other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• Partial professional qualification with relevant experiences is acceptable
• Able to work under fast pace environment and multi-tasking
• Initiative, independent and able to withstand of pressure
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
