Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team with accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
• Verify invoices, bills, credit notes, and payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, stores, and internal teams regarding accounts-related matters.
• Identify discrepancies in transactions and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the senior finance team in audits and month-end/year-end closing.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST and TDS.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
