ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About us

Establish company for more than 10 years in wholesale of variety goods. We did provide logistic agent for Fashion - Voir (VJ), Padini, Kickers, Lee, Diadora and Household - Kaison, Familia

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare and maintain financial reports such as Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and Trial Balance (TB)
• Manage daily cash book transactions and ensure accurate recording
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and other external parties
• Handle intercompany billings and stocks, including preparation of sales invoices
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Ad-hoc assignments by superior from time to time

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge of full set accounting
• Familiar with accounting standards and financial reporting
• Proficient in accounting software Autocount , Microsoft Excel , Microsoft Word
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team, independently and meet deadlines
