Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the Finance & Accounts team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment-related documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Maintain proper records of receipts, payments, purchases, and expenses.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoices and payments.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
• Good knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and invoice processing.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations.
