Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax computations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Assist in financial audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Guide and mentor junior staff.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
