What You’ll Be Driving Financial Operations & Accuracy Maintain precision across all financial activities.

• Handle invoicing, payments and day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records.

Accounts & Reconciliation Keep the numbers aligned and accountable.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor receivables and payables to ensure timely settlement.
• Identify and address errors before they impact operations.

Supplier & Internal Coordination Support smooth financial communication across teams.

• Liaise with suppliers on billing, payments and account matters.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders.

Reporting & Process Improvement Turn financial data into clarity and control.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
• Support improvements in accounting processes and workflows.
• Contribute to better efficiency and accuracy across finance operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles (FMCG or fresh produce experience is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred for supplier communication. Bahasa Malaysia and English are an advantage.
