ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

• Able to handle full set accounts inclusive of daily transaction of allocated company accounts and monthly closing of its accounts - AP, AR, GL and any other related.
• Preparation of monthly financial reports and assist on the budget preparation.
• Ensure proper and accurate of double entries and its prompt update in the accounting system.
• Prepare and liaise closely with auditors for the annual audit, tax agents, bankers and company secretary.
• Preparing profit and loss account and the balance sheet for management.
• Coordinate and liaise with Purchasing and Sales departments on all accounting matters and resolve queries/problems that arise.
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be added advantage.
• Familiar with SQL Software Accounting will be an advantage.
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
• Good time management in order to complete assigned tasks and word in tight schedule, positive work attitude and pleasant personality.
